All ink and coating used for our tins are food-grade, BPA-free and PFAS-free. We send tinsheet for testing by SGS Hong Kong to ensure its safety and quality. Tinsheet, the raw material used for our tin products, is 100% recyclable. With high durability, tin products can be reused multiple times without losing their quality. This makes tin packaging an eco-friendly option

2. Printing

We are particularly strict to ensure that we achieve the right color of printing for our clients. Every famous brand usually has its signature ‘colour’ or ‘look’, which makes colour printing an important factor that is non-negotiable. Our experienced QC manager and his QC officers will check the printing quality on-site at our printers to ensure that the printed tinsheets meet the quality standards of our customers before entering the production lines.

3. Quality Check

We have our in-house In-coming QC, Final QC and Outgoing QC systems based on MIL-STD 105E (II) standard. In addition, our In-process QC officers will randomly check at least 50 pieces per half-hour for each production line. We also welcome third-party on-site inspection or QC officers from our customers to ensure the highest level of quality and satisfaction.

4. Social Compliance
